GCLR Stage 3A Request for Tender

On 03 February 2020 GoldlinQ announced that three successful Respondents to the EOI have been shortlisted to the participate in a Request for Tender (RFT) phase.

The shortlisted EOI Respondents progressing through to the RFT phase for GCLR Stage 3A Design and Construction Works are:

Burleigh Link JV: a joint venture between Fulton Hogan Construction Pty Ltd and UGL Engineering Pty Ltd;
CPBSW JV: a joint venture between CPB Contractors Pty Ltd and Seymour Whyte Constructions Pty Ltd; and
John Holland Pty Ltd.

Each of the above listed Respondents are leading construction industry organisations who are suitably qualified to deliver the required scope of works for GCLR Stage 3A.

Process and Timing

The proposed competitive tender process for the D&C phase of GCLR Stage 3A is as follows.
The RFT phase is expected to continue for several months from the date of when the shortlisted EOI Respondents were announced.
